OLBY Mechanical offers a range of metal fabrication services including:

In our fully equipped workshop, we are able to build skids and packaged plants. Our packaged plants can be anything from 4m high and 4.25m wide.
Our speciality here at OLBY Mechanical is building skids, container packaged boiler plant and pre-packaged pump skids to our clients specifications. We then deliver this to your site in order to be positioned and connected.
Process of Metal Fabrication
Metal fabrication is the construction of metal structures by bending, cutting and assembling. This process is considered to be ‘value-added’ as it requires a performance of skilled work through various stages of production.
Cutting: This involves taking the raw material and cutting it into a basic shape that can then be further folded at a later stage to create a three-dimensional shape.
Bending: After the basic shape has been cut out of a sheet of metal, it can then be folded to create the needed shape. This requires specialist machines as well as expert knowledge to complete successfully.
Assembling: This process is the joining of the pieces. It might use a single technique or a variety of techniques depending on your personal requirements.
