Air Conditioning Installation
OLBY Mechanical offers full planning and installation of your air conditioning and ventilation system installation requirements. We offer packages for a single unit, single-room use, through to full building and multi-room applications. We can offer air conditioning in either single or multiple cassettes use with an external condensing unit or multiple cassettes with external chillers (see Chilled Water Services).

Chilled Water Air Conditioning System
OLBY Mechanical can offer full design and planning of your chilled water system for multiple applications ranging from small single rooms to large multiple room solutions. We offer complete chilled water system packages. These water system packages can be designed to your exact requirements for any given project.
We can install new chilled water systems for existing or newly built premises or replace existing systems with new Eco-friendly and newer high-efficiency units. We can arrange for the de-gassing of the old appliances, then arrange for the safe disposal of the old refrigerant gases and the removal and disposal of your old units.
Air Source Heat Pump Installation (ASHP)
OLBY Mechanical offers Air Source Heat Pump installation (ASHP)
We will take care of the whole project including the initial design through to final installation and aftercare. We are experienced in the installation of these systems and have completed numerous projects on small or large domestic properties, through to large stately homes, hotels, and multi-complex dwellings.

OLBY Mechanical can also provide these associated Heating & Cooling services:
Temporary or Back-Up Boilers or Chillers – Additional boilers or Chillers installed externally and tapped into the existing system, enabling the existing services to continue running whilst the installation works are carried out.
Electrical Installation Works – Complete installation and connection of electrical services required to establish power, lighting and system controls for operating the new equipment. Additional options can include operating alarms to alert of any operating issues, safety alerts and auto shut down in the event of gas escapes or system leaks and monitored maintenance packages upon completion.
Duct Work – Natural and mechanically pumped ventilation systems to ensure adequate air supply for combustion and cooling is always available to ensure optimum running conditions for plant room equipment.
Pump Sets – Single and twin-headed pumps offer high efficiency and smart controls and are designed to distribute the buildings heating and water requirements as required and as demand increases, so do the pump's capacity.
Pipework – All required pipework is supplied and fitted to distribute the required services to and from the plant room out to the buildings services.
