OLBY Mechanical are fully qualified metal fabricators near to you. Offering the fabrication of all structural steels, plant skids and pipework framing in our fully equipped workshop. We are able to build skids and packaged plant 4m high by 4.25m wide and we can unload anything up to 3 tonnes via our container spec forklifts.
We specialise in metal fabrication building skids, container packaged boiler plant and pre-packaged pump skids.These are all to client specifications and delivered to site ready for clients positioning and connecting. We can assist with positioning and connect to your outgoing supplies ready for your commissioning and hand over to the end user.
At OLBY Mechanical we also have partners in the electrical division who can supply all the electrical works, controls and panels fitted to the skids, again ready for on-site connection.
We can also offer a full thermal insulation services to all pipework, tanks and vessels.

OLBY Mechanicalcan supply all your thermal insulation requirements needed. This can be to tanks, pipework, buffer vessels and buildings as required. We carry out all processes using a variety of methods for all applications. These range from metal aluminium cladding, pib rubber and isogenopak covering. This is to either phenolic foam, mineral wool, glass wool armaflex and foam.
At OLBY Mechanical we can manufacture your pipework from our fully equipped workshop and deliver it to your site anywhere within the UK and Europe. We can work to your specific drawings and designs or offer a site visit and carry out a measuring service and manufacture the pipework as measured on-site.
We are capable of manufacturing and delivering to high specifications and short deadlines in either Carbon steel or stainless steel pipe, in all grades and sizes.
